Terms & conditions
These terms govern your use of the Glidure merchant platform, API, checkout pages, and related services.
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating a Glidure account, using our dashboard, API, payment links, or embeds, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Glidure on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The service
Glidure provides tools for merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments, including payment links, embedded checkout, a REST API, webhooks, and a merchant dashboard. Customers pay on supported blockchain networks; we verify payments on-chain and facilitate payout of your net amount to the wallet you configure.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of blockchain networks, RPC providers, or third-party wallets.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency, payments, and your business activities.
- You may not use Glidure for illegal goods or services, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates these Terms.
- We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion for risk, legal, or policy reasons.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of prices, descriptions, and branding on your payment links and checkouts.
- Providing goods or services to your customers after successful payment.
- Maintaining a valid receiving wallet address. Incorrect addresses may result in lost funds.
- Securing your account credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets.
- Compliance with tax, licensing, and consumer protection laws applicable to your business.
- Content you upload (images, text) and URLs you configure (redirects, webhooks).
5. Fees & payouts
Use of the Glidure platform (payment links, embeds, API access) is free. Fees vary by payment size (USD equivalent): 0.75% for $1–$30; 0.65% for $31–$50; 0.45% for $51–$150, otherwise 0.35%.
Payment requests below 10 USDT (or the USD equivalent for native-token pricing) cannot be created on the platform.
Each order is assigned a unique deposit address. After on-chain verification, we sweep received funds and send the merchant net amount to your configured wallet. Payout timing depends on network conditions and gas availability; failed payouts may be retried automatically.
Fee rates may change with notice posted on the platform or via email. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance.
6. Payments & refunds
Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Glidure is a payment infrastructure provider — we do not hold funds on your behalf beyond the verification and payout flow described above.
Refunds to customers are your responsibility as the merchant. Glidure does not automatically reverse on-chain payments. Disputes between you and your customers are between you and them.
Pending checkouts may expire if not paid within the displayed time window (except embed orders, which remain open while the embed is active).
7. API & developer use
- API access requires a valid API key. Keys are confidential — do not expose them in client-side code.
- Rate limits apply. Excessive or abusive requests may be throttled or blocked.
- Webhooks you register must use HTTPS in production. You are responsible for verifying webhook signatures and securing your endpoints.
- You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent security measures of the platform.
8. Intellectual property
Glidure, its logo, software, and documentation are our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended. You retain ownership of your merchant content; you grant us a license to host and display it on checkout pages you create.
"Powered by Glidure" branding may appear on checkout pages. Platform administrators may control whether merchants can hide this branding.
9. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with Glidure.
- Interfere with platform operation or other users' access.
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Use the service in a way that exposes Glidure to legal or regulatory liability.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. You are responsible for understanding the risks of accepting crypto payments.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIDURE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glidure from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your merchant content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, risk concerns, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to access the dashboard and API ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Glidure is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
