Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Glidure collects when you use our website, dashboard, checkout pages, and API — and how we use it.
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Who we are
Glidure ("we", "us", "our") operates a crypto payment platform that lets merchants create checkouts, receive on-chain payments, and get automatic payouts. Our registered address is Marina One West Tower, #28-00, 9 Straits View, Singapore 018937, Singapore. This policy applies to visitors, merchant account holders, and customers who pay through a Glidure checkout.
2. Information we collect
Merchant account data
- Email address and authentication credentials (via our auth provider).
- Business profile information you provide during onboarding (name, type of business).
- Receiving wallet address(es) for payouts.
- Payment links, prices, branding settings, API keys, and webhook configuration.
- Support messages sent through the dashboard.
Payment & transaction data
- Order details: item name, amount, network, token, status, timestamps.
- On-chain transaction hashes and wallet addresses involved in a payment.
- Platform fee and merchant net amounts for successful payments.
Customer checkout data
Customers paying through Glidure are not required to create an account. We do not collect customer email or identity unless the merchant collects it separately on their own site. We may log technical data (IP address, browser type, device) for security and fraud prevention when a checkout page is loaded.
Technical & usage data
- Server logs, API request metadata, and error reports.
- Sign-in history for merchant accounts: IP address, browser, operating system, device type, and timestamp (recorded when you sign in).
- API key last-used timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies needed for sign-in sessions (see Section 7).
3. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Glidure platform.
- Create and manage payment orders, verify on-chain payments, and process merchant payouts.
- Authenticate merchants and enforce account security.
- Deliver webhooks and API responses you configure.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
- Detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Blockchain data
Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes associated with payments through Glidure are publicly visible on those networks. We store this data to confirm payments and provide transaction history in your dashboard.
5. Sharing with third parties
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and authentication services that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Blockchain networks — transaction data is broadcast to public networks when customers pay or when we send merchant payouts.
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
If you configure webhooks, order event data is sent to URLs you specify. You are responsible for the privacy practices of those endpoints.
6. Data retention
We retain merchant account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request account deletion by contacting support; some transaction records may be retained where required for accounting or legal compliance.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management when you sign in to the merchant dashboard. Checkout pages for end customers do not require merchant login cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the core platform.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between merchants. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected] or use the Support page when signed in.
10. International users
Glidure may process and store information in countries where our service providers operate. By using the service, you consent to transfer of information as necessary to provide the platform.
11. Children
Glidure is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
